(Part time) Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/x) onsite / remote in Germany

In Scalables growing product development entity for justETF we are looking for new QA engineer for testing  the justETF products.

justETF is the leading information portal for investors in exchangetraded index funds (ETFs) in Europe. It has over eight million page views and over 700000 unique users per month and the trend is rising. justETF is the online guide for selfdecisionmakers: a professional ETF searchnumerous sample portfolios a strategy planner and investment guides make the hearts of doityourself investors hearts beat faster. In addition to Germany the company is also present in other European markets such as Switzerland Austria Italy and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Work as an engineer in an agile team with highly ambitious and skilled colleagues in our growing data department
• Work closely together with product owners software engineers other QA engineers as well as other engineering teams
• Bring products to production and reveal real business value
• Work with cutting edge technologies and be part of modern software development practices (e.g. agile teams test automation cloudbased infrastructure and tooling).
• Write test cases based on Xray
• Develop test automations for web app and APIs with welldocumented code
• Perform manual tests

Qualifications :

• University degree in computer science engineering natural science mathematics or similar field and 2 years of experience as a QA
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript TypeScript and SQL
• Skills in using Jira Confluence and Git based development tools
• Experience with Xcode Android Studio Firebase
• Experience with REST API testing (e.g. Postman Swagger)
• Performing smoke and regression testing for web and mobile applications
• Ability to create clear and thorough test documentation (test cases test design checklists bug reports etc.)
• Experience with both manual and automated testing
• Knowledge in developing test automations for mobile apps websites and APIs based on Appium Playwright and Cypress or comparable tools
• Experience working in an engineering team
• Interest in datadriven business applications 
• Good communication skills that are clear open and concise professional proficiency in English
• Interest in FinTech industry
