This is a summer position with the possibility of continuing into the academic year.
Working the front window of the Enrollment Center for Student Financial Services:
- Assisting students/parents with questions
- Intaking financial documents
- Processing payments
- Opening/Closing duties
- Additional projects as needed
Answering the phone for Student Financial Services:
- Assisting students/parents with questions
- Returning voicemail messages
- Accurately triaging calls to Student Financial Service specialists when needed
- Additional projects as needed
Qualifications :
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred
- Good communication skills; must be good with people/outgoing/work well with others
- Adaptable and openminded
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Additional Information :
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Sedentary work for long periods.
- Regular phone and computer use.
