YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You will be responsible for resolving past due accounts directly with our international intermediary business partners after a thorough preanalysis in interaction with receivables management customer service and support teams
- You will ensure continuous monitoring of processes and KPIs and contribute uptodate data for reporting to all stakeholders including senior management
- You take care of the timely evaluation of relevant data from special billing processes (e.g. partner incentives) and manage the associated billing processes
- You ensure data quality in all billing processes identify potential sources of error and derive corrective and improvement measures
- You connect different stakeholders extract highlevel information and provide these as a basis for action to the management and commercial team
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have several years of experience in Collections Analytics or Controlling
- Your Microsoft Excel skills are excellent and you have a sound understanding of SQL. SAP and VBA for Excel skills are a plus.
- You are a solutionoriented and analytical thinker and you are constantly questioning processes and structures in a diligent and critical manner
- You stay structured in an agile environment and you feel confident setting and tracking deadlines independently and reliably. You retain an overview when dealing with large amounts of data.
