Job Description
- Step into a leadership role during the absence of the Executive Chef Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef ensuring smooth kitchen operations and overall team coordination
- Lead by example through a passion for authentic cooking techniques and sourcing local highquality produce to create bold flavourdriven dishes that elevate the guest experience
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols ensuring all storage handling and preparation procedures comply with legal and internal standards
- Support cost management by monitoring stock requisitions and purchasing ensuring quality ingredients are available as needed while staying within budget
- Lead the preparation and presentation of dishes maintaining exceptional quality and consistency while strictly following recipes and upholding high culinary standards
Qualifications :
You will have:
- At least 5 years experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a largescale 5star hotel setting with a strong track record of leadership and team support
- A passion for guiding and developing junior chefs with a genuine commitment to nurturing talent and growing future leaders in hospitality
- The confidence and skill to thrive in a highpressure production kitchen delivering excellence across both buffet and la carte services
- The ability to operate confidently across all areas of the kitchen including functions pastry hot section saucier entremets and larder
- A creative detailfocused mindset always seeking ways to enhance guest experiences and push culinary boundaries
