Job Description

As valued member of the Core Development Product Owner team you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Live Dealer games and managing it throughout its lifecycle. You will work with other Product Owners in a strategic Product Management Team as well as working closely with the Development Team guiding their priorities.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Manage a core team and the product throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define the product vision and compose written specifications ensuring functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail.
• Evaluate the quality of ongoing project work efforts and ensure production proceeds according to schedule.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Work closely with the Development Team to deliver winning products.
• Define longterm shortterm and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach.
• Support Evolution Gamings Marketing and Sales Departments in their efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Ensure new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance employing focus group testing when necessary analyze trends in the gaming market and continuously review the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or business analysis.
• An interest and preferably a background in UX and Frontend Development.
• Understanding of the development process and close collaboration with Designers Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to listen to stakeholders extract vision and define strategic product direction.
• Skilled in planning longterm roadmaps and OKR planning with experience coordinating crossteam projects.
• Selfstarter who is adaptable proactive and collaborative.
• Knowledge of fluent English is required as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues daily.
