Join Our Team as a Customer Quality Engineer!
Were looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Quality Engineer to join our friendly team in Rodange Luxembourg. Youll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by addressing and resolving their qualityrelated concerns. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment where you can truly make a difference!
What Youll Be Doing:
Helping Customers: Youll be the goto person for customers with quality issues diving into the details to figure out what happened and how we can fix it. Think of yourself as a problemsolving detective!
Communicating Clearly: Youll keep our customers and our internal teams in the loop ensuring everyone is on the same page throughout the resolution process. Building strong relationships is key!
Providing Technical Support: Youll share your technical expertise with the team helping them manage customer claims and improve our processes. Youll also get to work with our R&D and Sales teams to ensure our products meet customer needs.
Making Things Better: Youll look for patterns in customer feedback and find ways to improve our processes driving positive change within the company. Your voice will truly matter!
Keeping Track of Everything: Youll document your findings and keep detailed records helping us measure our success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Someone with 24 years of experience in engineering research or a related field with a Bachelors Degree.
2/4 years of experience in a technical role within an international company.
Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus!).
A knack for problemsolving and data analysis.
Someone whos organized selfmotivated and loves working with people.
A person with a strong customer focus.
This role is based in Rodange Luxembourg with about 10% travel within Europe. Youll be reporting to the Customer Quality Manager.
