Job Description
Position: Tanker Driver CDL A HAZMAT
Primary Location:Hopewell VA
Schedule:FullTime Hourly
Reports To:Regional Driver Manager
Compensation:$28.64 USD bonus benefits.
Salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. A more specific salary range for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses benefits pension contributions or additional incentives.

In This Role You Will:
- Load transfer and unload raw product from a tanker truck
- Transport and unload chemicals into customers tanks safely and with the required paperwork
- Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading
- Perform pre and posttrip inspections
- Comply with all Company Customer Federal State and Local laws rules and regulations
- Become familiar with plant operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned
A Successful Candidate Has:
- Minimum two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience
- Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience
- Must have a valid Commercial Drivers License CDL Class A with appropriate hazmat and tanker endorsements
- A clean driving record for the past three (3) years
- Be physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card
- Be able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the type of motor vehicle used by Chemtrade safely

Physical Occupational Requirements
- Employee must frequently sit stand walk reach with hands and arms balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb stairs/ladders (including vertical)
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be fit for duty
