Position Description: The Admissions Team has one of the most important roles within the school as an ambassador of ISDenver. The Admissions Manager represents the values of ISDenver to the ISDenver community and promotes the school to prospective parents current families and outside communities maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The Admissions Manager supports practices and processes intended to recruit and support prospective families through the inquiry and application process for ISDenver as well as support reenrollment of current families. The Admissions Manager ensures that all prospective families receive excellent communication support from the point of first contact through enrollment and onboarding. This person maintains collaborative working relationships with the schools administrative and academic teams to retain and recruit students and families.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Admissions Team represents the values of ISDenver to the ISDenver community prospective parents and outside communities including the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The Admissions Manager works as part of the Enrollment Management team and also maintains close association and coordination with other key constituents including the Advancement and External Relations team and the Academic Leadership Team. The Admissions Manager is expected to apply a spirit of professionalism integrity customer service teamwork and continuous improvement to all aspects of the position and in all settings involving potential and current families. Roles and responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:
Manage all admissions activities for ISDenver including:
Recruitment
Work with the Data Management Marketing and Communications teams to compile inquiry and annual application materials
Work with Director of Admissions and other key stakeholders including applicable division Directors to develop and execute admissions recruitment strategy for school applicants
Pipeline Management
Act as a point of contact for admissionsrelated questions for candidates including email and phone communications from prospective families
Schedule and conduct tours for all prospective families working closely with Academic and Administrative teams
Conduct interviews with all prospective families
Work with Director of Admissions and the Enrollment Management Team to execute the strategy for nurturing admissions leads
Manage and execute the process of receiving reviewing and importing admissions applications for ECE candidates
Maintain application files for the Admissions Committee review
Coordinate Admissions Committee review of potential candidates
Communicate and provide feedback to prospective families and coordinate receipt of additional information as necessary
Enrollment/Retention
Work closely with the entire Enrollment Management team Finance Data Management and Communications to send enrollment and reenrollment contract materials
Track enrollment numbers and availability in each grade. ess of receiving reviewing and importing enrollment contracts for digital storage
Coordinate beginning of the year and midyear enrollments working closely with all key stakeholders
Work closely with all key stakeholders to improve overall retention
Mange and execute the process with all key stakeholders to ensure disenrollment procedures are completed
Coordinate entry and exit surveys for all incoming and exiting families
Miscellaneous Duties
Coordinate plan and participate in school admissions events partnering with the Welcome Team and other key stakeholders
Communicate with all key stakeholders regarding admissions and enrollment events student enrollment retention and records
Work closely with the Enrollment Management Team to enhance schoolwide and admissionsspecific marketing efforts related

Location and Schedule: This is a 12month position with expected work hours of 8:304:00 Monday Friday. There is some flexibility in the Denver Metro area.
