- Inventory Management:Keep our parts warehouse organized and ensure we have everything our service technicians and customers need.
- Order Fulfillment:Process parts orders pick and pack items make hoses and deliver parts as needed.
- Customer Interaction:Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service.
- Education:High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:At least three years of warehouse and inventory experience with some of that time spent in a mechanical parts environment.
- Knowledge:Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus!
- Customer Focus:A positive attitude and high motivation to provide outstanding service.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with database environments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull
- Repetitive Motions: Frequent movement requiring hands wrists and fingers.
- Dexterity Normal
- Frequent standing/sitting up and down stairs.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
