Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Position Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing daily orders related to game and systems sales trials leases conversions and support services. This role serves as a key liaison between sales compliance manufacturing and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in alignment with company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily order entries for game and system sales leases trials participations and conversions.
- Review incoming order documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Interface with internal departments (e.g. sales compliance purchasing accounting manufacturing) to ensure complete and compliant order processing.
- Enter orders into the Pronto system and release approved orders to manufacturing.
- Manage and process order change requests.
- Prepare revenue recognition documentation for appropriate orders.
- Coordinate the collection of all required documentation and related expenses for implementation training maintenance and service activities.
- Maintain and organize Sales Operations files and records.
- Ensure accurate order tracking by updating system trackers in realtime at each stage of processing.
- Perform secondary verification of all orders prior to manufacturing release.
- Support order closeout activities for all relevant order types.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience:
- 25 years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
- Experience within the gaming industry is highly desirable.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.).
- Experience with Pronto or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licensure as required by jurisdiction.
