This Environmental Development and Permitting Intern role is an opportunity to work with a Global Leader in Renewables Development. The Environmental Intern will work to support ENGIEs Development Pipeline in North America and help to ensure that Projects are following best management practices (BMPs) to minimize environmental impacts and maximize biodiversity value of commercialscale Renewables Projects.
In this role the Intern will support biodiversity studies surveys and micrositing efforts to minimize wildlife and wetland impacts and support the Senior Advisor on compliance obligations preparing development projects for constructionstage efforts and support the pursuit of federal and state permits where necessary. The Intern will have the opportunity to coordinate with a variety of crossfunctional teams including Legal Land Use and Engineering obligations.

Hourly Range: $28.50 $33.50 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
