You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input update and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into databases spreadsheets and other systems from various source documents.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Update and maintain database information as required.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Respond to data inquiries and provide requested information.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and clarify data.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
