Job Title: SEO & Growth Marketing Lead
Location: Remote LATAM or CEE preferred
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST (minimum 4hour overlap with CT mornings)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fastgrowing B2B manufacturer of polyurethane and elastomer processing equipment serving clients in the aerospace defense and industrial sectors. The company is relaunching its digital presence to drive inbound demand from a highly specialized technical audience.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a fulltime SEO & Growth Marketing Lead to drive qualified traffic improve site performance and support broader digital campaigns over time. This is a handson midsenior level role ideal for someone who can work independently think strategically and thrive in a lean team environment. Youll start by owning SEO and Webflow management with room to grow into paid campaigns email marketing and more.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute a 6month SEO roadmap across technical onpage and backlink initiatives
- Conduct keyword research in niche B2B spaces (e.g. polyurethane processing elastomer mixing automation)
- Optimize existing content and create briefs for highintent landing pages and case studies
Website Management (Webflow Figma)
- Implement CRO best practices (A/B testing CTAs form flows)
- Make ongoing site updates including HTML/CSS tweaks and image compression
- Collaborate on copy when gaps arise; support UX improvements
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage GA4 Google Search Console and SEMrush
- Track key KPIs (organic sessions rankings lead quality conversion rates)
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (RampUp Phase)
- Plan and launch targeted Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Build and manage email workflows in Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Publish LinkedIn posts and coordinate tradeshow promotions
CrossFunctional & AdHoc Support
- Execute microtasks like meta tag edits UTM tagging and tracking pixel installs
- Provide marketing input on product naming print collateral and trade show materials
Qualifications:
- 3 years of handson SEO and digital marketing experience ideally in a midsenior capacity
- Track record of success in niche technical keyword spaces
- Strong technical SEO skills: Core Web Vitals crawl budgets schema markup
- Proficiency with SEMrush GA4 Tag Manager Looker Studio Webflow and Figma
- Strong written and spoken English; able to translate engineering concepts into clear marketing messages
- Reliable independent and comfortable working with limited oversight
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in polymers elastomers or capital equipment marketing
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM Genius ERP or similar platforms
- Design ability in Canva Figma or Adobe XD for quickturn marketing visuals
- Knowledge of U.S. manufacturing buyer journeys and tradeshow cycles
