Job Description
Customer Service Representative (DutchSpeaking) Relocate to Malta
Location: Onsite in Malta
Schedule: Rotational shifts (morning and late evening) 5 days on 2 days off
Contract: Indefinite fulltime

Were looking for Dutchspeaking individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives in Malta. In this hybrid role youll assist users through digital channels and help moderate content to ensure safe and compliant online interactions.
No prior experience in customer support No problem. Full training is provided!
Your DaytoDay
Customer Service (Approx. 70%)

Assist users via email and live chat (no phone support)

Deliver clear and helpful responses using company tools

Meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets

Escalate issues related to fraud policy breaches or suspicious activity
Content Moderation (Approx. 30%)

Review and monitor usergenerated content

Flag or remove content that violates platform policies or local regulations

Identify and report misuse scams or harmful behavior

Share insights on user behavior to improve platform safety
Ideal Candidate Profile

Nativelevel Dutch or Flemish with strong English (B2)

Comfortable with digital platforms and Microsoft Office tools

Strong attention to detail and decisionmaking ability

Positive proactive and open to learning new systems

Teamoriented with excellent communication skills
