New Opportunity in Malta DutchSpeaking Customer Support & Content Moderator
Location: Onsite in Malta
Schedule: Rotational shifts (morning and late evening) 5 working days 2 days off
Contract Type: Indefinite FullTime

Your Responsibilities
Customer Support (70%)

Respond to users via email and live chat (no phone calls)

Offer clear helpful and accurate assistance using internal tools

Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

Flag or escalate potential fraud and policy violations
Content Moderation (30%)

Monitor and review usergenerated content

Ensure content complies with platform rules and legal standards
-
Identify and report offensive or harmful material
-
Provide feedback on user behavior and trends
Who Were Looking For

Nativelevel Dutch or Flemish speaker

English level B2 or higher

Digitally confident with Microsoft Office tools

Strong attention to detail and decisionmaking skills
