New Opportunity: DutchSpeaking Customer Support & Content Moderator
Location: Malta (Onsite)
Schedule: Rotational shifts (morning and late evening)

Your Role: Customer Support & Content Moderator
Youll split your time between two key responsibilities:
Customer Support (70%)

Respond to user inquiries and complaints through email or live chat (no phone calls)

Provide accurate and helpful information using internal tools
-
Meet support performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Escalate issues related to fraud or policy violations as needed
Content Moderation (30%)
-
Review usergenerated content across marketplaces and apps
-
Ensure all content aligns with internal policies and local regulations
-
Analyze and flag harmful or noncompliant material
-
Provide insights and feedback on user trends and violations
What Were Looking For
-
Native Dutch or Flemish speaker with intermediate English (B2 level)
-
Comfortable with digital tools and basic Microsoft Office programs

Detailoriented with the ability to make quick and sound decisions

Adaptable proactive and eager to learn no prior experience needed!

A team player with a cando attitude and a passion for digital safety
