Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with Sales Finance Operations & other teams.
- Organizing legal document of the group company.
- Draft review and manage procurement contracts.
- Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in procurement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and stay informed about relevant legal regulations ensuring comprehensive compliance in all aspects of procurement activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role minimal 2 years.
- Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent proactive positive hardworking and driven with a cando attitude.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Experience in tender.
- Familiar with CRM.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in comprehending and staying abreast of pertinent legal regulations ensuring thorough adherence to all applicable requirements in the context of procurement.
