Now we are looking for a visionary Associate Director (Electrical) to play a pivotal role in shaping our success across the capital and beyond.

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead major projects across residential commercial education and healthcare sectors from design to site delivery
- Manage project scopes budgets and client expectations with precision
- Mentor inspire and grow a talented electrical engineering team
- Drive innovation in electrical design ensuring quality and compliance at every stage
- Champion IN2 in client meetings bids and industry events
- Help shape the London offices strategic direction and support wider business development
What Youll Bring
- Degreequalified in Electrical Engineering (or related) and Chartered
- 10 years seniorlevel experience in a leading UK M&E consultancy
- Proven success delivering complex highvalue commercial projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- A track record of mentoring teams and nurturing junior talent
- Confident communicator with technical and commercial expertise
