Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and organized Training Coordinator Intern to support our learning and development initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain handson experience in coordinating training programs engaging with teams and enhancing employee development experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning scheduling and coordinating internal training sessions and workshops.

Liaise with trainers speakers and department heads to ensure smooth training operations.

Prepare training materials attendance sheets and feedback forms.

Track and update training records and maintain training databases.

Collect and analyze training feedback and suggest areas for improvement.

Support the HR team in other learning and development initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fastpaced environment.
