As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers of wellknown global brands handling inquiries via phone email or chat.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone email and live chat
Troubleshoot basic technical issues or product concerns and provide accurate information
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
Accurately log all interactions and update customer records
Fluency in German (C1 level or above)
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece
