Salary
The anticipated hiring range depends on qualifications and is not to exceed $16.50 per hour.

TBD; up to 20 hours per week during the academic year.
Job Summary
Provide support for CSUF International Education and Engagement. Tasks include reception duties such as greeting clients answering phones and emails as well as assisting staff with clerical support in processing documents creating files data entry mailings maintaining manuals and electronic files. Additional tasks include assisting staff/faculty with their classroom presentations tabling information sessions social media posts and event planning.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty staff and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position.
Required Qualifications
- Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student.
- Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated) or who is registered for the subsequent semester.
- In good academic standing (not on academic probation continued probation academic dismissal).
- Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.
Background Check
A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily and is required for this position. CSU will make a conditional offer of employment which may be rescinded if the background check reveals disqualifying information and/or it is discovered that the candidate knowingly withheld or falsified information. Failure to complete the background check satisfactorily may affect the continued employment of a current CSU employee who was conditionally offered the position.
