Your challenge
As a Recruiting Expert at Greiner BioOne North America Inc. your challenge will be to lead innovative recruitment strategies and practices that attract top talent to our team. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the workforce needs of our organization.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates through social media job boards and networking events.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates fit with our company culture and values ensuring the selection of highquality applicants.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise them on effective staffing strategies and best practices.
- Continuously monitoring recruitment trends and metrics to make datadriven recommendations for process improvements.
- Fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring our recruitment strategies reach a broad spectrum of candidates.
Your Profile
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen sense of empathy and understanding of candidate needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools with a willingness to learn new technologies.
