Job Description
The Electric Motor Supervisor will oversee and enhance the winding department by supervising training and mentoring a team of winders while actively participating in daily winding operations. This role is crucial in ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality control and prioritizing safety within the department. The supervisor will also be responsible for the accurate inspection assembly and final testing of AC/DC motors generators coils armatures and related components.

Responsibilities
- Supervise train and mentor a team of winders
- Oversee production schedules quality control and safety in the winding department
- Ensure accurate inspection assembly and final testing of motors and related components
- Perform handson tasks such as brazing soldering welding and coil fabrication
- Coordinate with engineering maintenance and purchasing departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
- Provide remote customer support when needed
- Collaborate with satellite locations and internal teams to balance workloads
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a related field
- Proven experience in electric motor mechanics
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certification in electrical systems preferred
