Job Description

Territory Sales Manager Western Pennsylvania (FullTime Direct Hire)

Location: Bridgeville Pennsylvania (Western PA territory)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: Base Salary $70000 to $90000 plus commission
Industry: Manufacturing Supply Chain Industrial Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to cover Western Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in selling vendormanaged inventory (VMI) programs or similar solutions to industrial customers. This is a fieldbased role requiring a proactive selfdirected sales professional who can build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business with OEM and industrial manufacturing accounts by selling VMI or related solutions
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and move opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a teambased sales environment
  • Provide timely and clear communication to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Report to the Director of Sales and operate within an assigned territory
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in VMI programs fasteners or industrial supply chain solutions
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales process from lead generation to close
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and organized
Preferred Education
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience
