Job Description
Job Position: Accounts Executive
salary Package: RM3000RM4300
Working Day: 5 Days alt. Sat
Working Hour: Mon Thu: 9:30am 6:30pm
Fri: 9:30am 7:30pm
Sat (alt): 9:30am 1:30pm
Company Background: Jewellery wholesale
Job Scope: Accounting analysis & reporting
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial reports
Manage and prepare full set of accounts including monthly reconciliations
Assist in the daytoday operations and activities of the accounts department
Assist in daily administrative work
Other adhoc duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting related fields are preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is preferred as necessary to deal with Mandarin speaking clients or suppliers.
Software skill(s): Microsoft Excel Word & SQL Accounting Software
