Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior TGT English teacher for our PimpriChinchwad location. This is a fulltime position within Podar Education Network a leading name in the Primary/Secondary Education industry. The role demands a dedication to developing students English language skills through innovative teaching methods ensuring an integrated and holistic learning experience aligned with Podars prestigious educational standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Classroom Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to maintain an organized and disciplined learning environment that fosters academic growth and respect.
- Lesson Planning (Mandatory skill): Expertise in designing lesson plans that engage students and align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Language Proficiency (Mandatory skill): Strong command of the English language both spoken and written to effectively teach and communicate with students.
- Curriculum Development: Capable of developing updating and refining curriculum to meet educational goals and student needs effectively.
- Educational Technology Tools: Proficiency in utilizing various technology tools to enhance teaching methods and student engagement in the classroom.
- Student Assessment: Skilled in assessing student progress through various evaluative methods to inform teaching strategies and improve learning outcomes.
- Interactive Teaching Methods: Ability to employ creative and interactive techniques to maintain student interest and actively involve them in the learning process.
- Parental Communication: Effective in communicating regularly and clearly with parents to build trust and support in student educational journeys.
