You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Director of Property this is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the endtoend development process from concept through to completion and ensuring optimal performance of our diverse property portfolio.
This handson role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in development property management and growth leadership. Youll help shape the future of aged care infrastructure across NSW through innovation excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of strategic development and property growth initiatives.
Manage all phases of property developmentfrom feasibility and planning to construction leaseup and handover.
Optimise the existing property portfolio to meet organisational goals.
Identify and drive new business opportunities including acquisitions and partnerships.
Oversee property operations asset performance and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple regions.
About You
You are a confident and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A degree in Property Planning Construction Management Architecture Business or similar.
At least 10 years of experience in property development including 5 in a senior leadership capacity.
Proven success in largescale project delivery and strategic portfolio growth.
Exceptional financial stakeholder and team leadership skills.
A strong understanding of market trends property legislation and commercial acumen.
Desirable:
Masters degree or certifications such as MRICS or PMP.
Experience in the aged care healthcare residential or community infrastructure sectors.
Additional Information
Appointment is subject to satisfactory completion of all preemployment checks.
Candidates must have the right to work in Australia.
Travel to project sites will be required.
Working hours will vary to meet business needs; availability between 7am 7pm Monday to Friday is essential.
