Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Property this is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the endtoend development process from concept through to completion and ensuring optimal performance of our diverse property portfolio.

This handson role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in development property management and growth leadership. Youll help shape the future of aged care infrastructure across NSW through innovation excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of strategic development and property growth initiatives.

  • Manage all phases of property developmentfrom feasibility and planning to construction leaseup and handover.

  • Optimise the existing property portfolio to meet organisational goals.

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities including acquisitions and partnerships.

  • Oversee property operations asset performance and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple regions.

About You
You are a confident and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree in Property Planning Construction Management Architecture Business or similar.

  • At least 10 years of experience in property development including 5 in a senior leadership capacity.

  • Proven success in largescale project delivery and strategic portfolio growth.

  • Exceptional financial stakeholder and team leadership skills.

  • A strong understanding of market trends property legislation and commercial acumen.

Desirable:

  • Masters degree or certifications such as MRICS or PMP.

  • Experience in the aged care healthcare residential or community infrastructure sectors.

Additional Information

  • Appointment is subject to satisfactory completion of all preemployment checks.

  • Candidates must have the right to work in Australia.

  • Travel to project sites will be required.

  • Working hours will vary to meet business needs; availability between 7am 7pm Monday to Friday is essential.
