Skills and Experience
- Have a minimum of five (5) years aircraft maintenance experience;
- Have a broad scope and depth of knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and standards;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative to problem solve;

About the Role
We are seeking a FullTime suitably experienced Chief Engineer to join our team located at the Essendon Fields Service Centre. You will serve as a main point of contact regarding all maintenance work performed on aircraft and lead a small team of highly qualified engineers.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent aviation industry knowledge;
- Sound knowledge of CASA Regulations;
- CASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence;
- Proven ability to supervise within a team environment to collaborate and achieve desired goals and results;
- A strong work ethic;
- Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage timesensitive responsibilities;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to identify and maintain a high degree of confidentially;
- Proactive and positive attitude.
