Vice President of Operations
Base Compensation: starting salary of $175000$220000/yr
Bonuses: triannual performancebased profit sharing bonuses (estimated $0$20000)
Location: South Houston TX. Hired candidate eligible for relocation compensation if applicable
Bestinclass industrial manufacturer and master distributor committed to operational excellence Huyett seeks a strong operational leader who values culture as well as process as the firm enters a new phase of significant growth. Key responsibilities include:
- This role will require approximately 60% travel to our five warehousing facilities located in South Houston TX; Minneapolis KS; Phoenix AZ; MemphisTN; and Debary FL.
- Manufacturing facilities in Kansas and Phoenix with Kansas facility major redesign repurpose of current warehouse into manufacturing with capacity/capability expansion planned.
- Futurestate development of a new Kansas warehouse/manufacturing facility from the ground up.
- Facilities and Safety team accountability for ISOstandards and greater.
- Approximately 130 overall employees infunnel with competent managerial direct reports with tenure commitment to excellence and demonstrated learning agility.
- Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and role sits on Executive Committee.
