Responsibilities
- Professionally greet customers in the lane for their appointment
- Assist customers by listening to their concerns about their vehicle
- Perform thorough check in process that includes an alignment check
- Communicate with Service Team and relay information back to the customer
- Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and advise on any needed repairs
- Create repair orders and maintain service records with no mistakes
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and interactions
- Excellent communication and organization skills among team members and clients
- Outgoing personality able to listen attentively
- Works great in a team environment
- Current valid drivers license
- Must pass Physical and Background Check
