The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized professional and energetic individual to serve as Medicaid & Title IVE Foster Care Office Coordinator. Under direction this position will independently perform a variety of complex secretarial and technical office support functions relating to Federal Medicaid and Title IVE foster care programs. The position will perform advanced word processing functions for foster care requests for medical assistance forms and will upload and download information regarding Federal Medicaid and Title IVE programs. The position will also monitor the Foster Care/Medicaid/Federal Title IVE process related to medical coverage and review and process data entered on computer systems by DCFS field staff. In addition this position will provide secretarial and complex specialized office support functions for the Medical Support Unit Supervisor. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and interested in playing a supporting role in the Departments operations.
