ADJUNCT FACULTY INSTRUCTOR OF CONDUCTING
The University of St. Thomas (UST) a private Catholic University committed to the liberal arts and the religious and intellectual tradition of Catholic higher education is located in Houston Texas near the vibrant central business district Texas Medical Center and museum district is seeking someone detailoriented and missionaligned to join the music department as Adjunct Instructor of Conducting.
Responsibilities
Teach the 3credit conducting course for 1 or 2 semesters per academic year.
Education and Experience Qualifications
The qualifications listed below are representative of the education experience knowledge skills and/or abilities required.
- EDUCATION:
- Terminal degree in Music.
- Background/experience in conducting and in teaching.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the University of St. Thomas Houston.
