Job Title: Deal Desk Manager
Location: India Remote (EST coverage needed)
Reports To: CFO

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Deal Desk Manager to support our growing Professional Services business. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency accuracy and compliance of deal structures pricing and contracts. The ideal candidate will collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Legal Finance and Delivery teams to streamline the deal lifecycle and support strategic decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Review & Approval: Evaluate and approve commercial terms for contracts Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial guidelines.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all deals meet company standards for pricing margins revenue recognition and risk management. Flag and escalate exceptions as needed.
  • CrossFunctional Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between Sales Legal Finance and Delivery teams to drive deal closure and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Contract Management: Review legal terms in coordination with the Legal team and ensure timely processing and execution of contracts and amendments.
  • Margin & Pricing Analysis: Partner with Finance to validate deal profitability and ensure appropriate pricing models are applied.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities to improve deal desk workflows systems templates and tools for better efficiency and scalability.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide training and guidance to sales and services teams on deal desk processes and policy updates.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a Deal Desk Sales Operations or Commercial Operations role preferably within a Professional Services or similar company is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures including MSAs SOWs and pricing models in a servicebased business.
  • Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM CPQ and contract management tools (Salesforce Ironclad D365 or similar systems).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Legal or related field.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing complex multistakeholder deals.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment supporting EST hours.
