DescriptionStrategic & Operational Support to the Pune Hub Leader
- Partner closely with the Pune Hub Leader to support strategic planning business reviews and execution of highpriority initiatives.
- Provide decision support through data modeling scenario planning and executive insights.
- Prepare briefing materials talking points and reports for internal and external leadership engagements.
- Support internal communications and alignment efforts across the leadership team and broader organization.
- Manage followthrough on leadership action items and drive accountability across initiatives
Governance & Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule organize and manage key governance routines (e.g. leadership reviews steering committees transformation forums).
- Prepare agendas coordinate content ensure timely submission of materials and document key decisions and actions.
- Facilitate alignment and engagement between global regional and hublevel stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration across functional teams business units and support groups.
- Track and close out governance followups to support strong execution discipline.
Transformation Project Management
- Support the execution of business transformation initiatives in close collaboration with the Hub PMO team which holds primary ownership of these programs.
- Act as an extension of the PMO by providing targeted support to the Pune Hub Leader on highpriority transformation projects ensuring alignment with broader hub and global strategies.
- Assist with project scoping planning execution change management and benefits tracking with a focus on initiatives that require Pune Hub Leader oversight or involvement.
- Conduct indepth research and analysis to support solutioning and decisionmaking.
- Develop executivelevel summaries presentations and dashboards that communicate project progress impact and recommendations to the Pune Hub Lead and Pune leadership team.
- Working closely with the Intelligent Automation team assess pilot and implement digital tools and applications to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirement
- Proven experience (610 years) in project management strategy or operations
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly in executivelevel reporting and presentation.
- Demonstrated experience managing governance or leadership routines and stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
