Mandatory skillsBachelors degree in business/ finance/ management/ engineering/ IT / a related experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry who can manage Implementation & managing of Technological projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and ability to lead crossfunctional with budgeting forecasting and financial project analysis is an in managing and implementation of various systems in the banking Domain. This Strong communication skills both written and mindset with strong problem solving to adapt to changing project requirements and constraints. Strong understanding of banking processes compliance risk management and regulatory with banking project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.).Proficiency in project management and MS Office suite such as MS Project Excel PowerPoint etc.. Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful and manage project risks dependencies and project status updates and issues to stakeholders and senior and motivate project teams ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Overall years of experience5 yearRelevant years of experience5 plus yearIndustry & Education background Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
