Your mission
As a Project Manager youll be the driving force behind complex crossfunctional projects to deliver the transformative AI applications of Peak to our global customers at UiPath. Youll orchestrate complex projects turning them into smooth successful deliveries while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise in project management will be crucial in strengthening communication creating achievable project plans and improving monitoring and reporting across the business. Your role will be crucial in standardizing processes mitigating risks and fostering innovation to support UiPath dynamic growth and technological advancement.
What youll do at UiPath
Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets for multiple workflows ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Build and own detailed delivery plans tracking progress against key milestones and building best practices within the teams that youll collaborate with.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients becoming a trusted business partner across the organization.
Drive standardization and adoption of best practices by developing and maintaining efficient processes.
Design and deliver engaging training materials for the delivery team.
Manage and optimize project management tools used within the Professional Services.
What youll bring to the team
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management preferably within a software company consultancy or customerfacing environment building processes from the ground up
Proficiency with various project management tools and methodologies such as PMP PRINCE2 or CSM or experience in Agile development methodologies
Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills across functions and cultures
Experience guiding teams through technology transitions in AIdriven projects
