Why This Role is Valuable
The Senior Associate People Technology is a key member of Revantages People Technology team supporting over 1400 employees nationwide. The Senior Associate People Technology partners with HR stakeholders to develop technology solutions to address business needs and support strategic objectives. This position will analyze work process design and flow improve processes and leverage our investments in HR technology specifically Workday. The Senior Associate People Technology builds project plans ensures adherence to project schedules maintains systems orientation and can collaborate effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct longterm planning. This position serves as a technical pointofcontact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior Associate People Technology supports HR system upgrades patches testing and other technical projects as assigned. This role will maintain and alter system configurations as needed to develop new solutions and support daytoday operations.
