WWAARC has multiple Residential Manager positions available throughout WARREN & WASHINGTON COUNTIES. The Residential Manager will manage one or two residential groups home located in either Warren or Washington Counties. If a Residential Manager is responsible for two homes their base rate will Residential Manager position is a Full Time 40hour MondayFriday position. This is an hourly nonexempt position. The rate of pay is $24.00 per hour. The Residential Manager will ensure the residential group home operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance. The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall wellbeing of the adults with developmental disabilities whose home they are managing. This oversight will include all physical aspects of the home maintaining a welcoming home environment where peoples everyday needs are met including medical recreation and socialization.
Want to be a WWAARC Residential Manager and join our Team Preferred experience would be bachelors degree with 1 year as a supervisor; associate degree with 3 years as supervisor; OR High School Diploma/equivalent with 5 years as a supervisor. As a Residential Manager you must secure and maintain all required certifications and trainings. You must have a drivers license that meets WWAARC insurability standards. Residential Managers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the people we support and agency information. To be successful you must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
