Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.

6 years of experience as a Data Modeler Data Architect or similar role with a focus on data platform design and modeling.

Strong expertise in data modeling techniques including conceptual logical and physical data modeling.

Proficiency in Power BI and its various components including Power Query DAX and Power BI Service.

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques relational databases and dimensional modeling.

Handson experience with Power BI and creating semantic layers for selfservice reporting.

Experience with data integration and ETL tools such as ADF SSIS or other relevant platforms.

Solid SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Familiarity with data visualization best practices and UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs.

Design and create logical and physical data models that ensure efficient data storage retrieval and manipulation.

Optimize data models for performance scalability and ease of use.

Utilize Power BIs advanced features such as DAX expressions custom visuals and Power Query to enhance data visualizations and analytics capabilities.

Develop visually appealing and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics.

Integrate data from various sources into Power BI ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Implement Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to transform and cleanse raw data from diverse sources into a unified format suitable for reporting and analysis.

Monitor and maintain data quality to guarantee accuracy and reliability in reporting and decisionmaking processes.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Continuously analyze and finetune data models and queries to improve report loading times and overall system performance.

Document data models data flows and other technical aspects of the Power BI solutions.

Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to endusers and team members.
