The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Relations Specialist to join the Academic Performance & Policy team within Workplace Relations.
In this role you will provide expert guidance and informed counsel on workplace relations initiatives strategic projects and cyclical policy reviews that support organisational excellence compliance and a positive employee experience.
Working closely with senior academic and professional leaders you will shape policy advise on performance frameworks and contribute to largescale change initiatives and manage associated web content. Your work will directly influence the Universitys strategic priorities ensure alignment with legislative and industrial frameworks and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
