Job Overview
Were looking for a detailoriented and clientfocusedBusiness Analystto join our Implementation Team. Youll play a key role in bridging the gap between our customers business needs and our technical delivery capabilitiesensuring smooth successful deployments of our Protecht ERM platform.
Here are some of your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to gather and document business requirements workflows and objectives.
- Translate customer needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development and configuration teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Development Analytics Support) to ensure solution alignment and readiness.
- Assist in designing and configuring customerspecific configurations and customisations during the implementation process.
- Support testing efforts including functional testing and UAT to validate solutions meet business needs.
- Develop customerfacing documentation including solution overviews process maps testing documentation and user guides.
- Participate in customer workshops training sessions and golive support activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll be a great fit if you have:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in SaaS or software implementation environments.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with risk management compliance or GRC platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software systems and integrations
