Hire Resolves client in the Manufacturing/Agriculture industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Financial Manager in Hermanstad Pretoria.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and maintain financial systems policies and controls.
- Prepare and present financial reports.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure regulatory compliance (SARS CIPC).
- Lead the audit process and prepare financial statements.
- Support procurement and supplier engagements.
- Ensure BEE compliance.
- Lead and support the finance team.
Requirements:
- BCom Accounting degree.
- Completed articles (SAIPA/CA).
- 1 year of postarticles experience.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Manufacturing/Agricultural sector experience.
- Inventory Management expertise.
- Staff management/leadership experience.
- Financial analysis & reporting skills.
- Budgeting & forecasting expertise.
- Risk management skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Own transport and willingness to work extended hours.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
