The Senior Business Process Analyst will be instrumental in driving the standardization and optimization of our business processes to significantly improve efficiency productivity and overall performance. Reporting to the Director of Business Process Optimization you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze existing processes proactively identify opportunities for both improvement and standardization and contribute significantly to the implementation of optimization initiatives. This role will involve actively participating in project planning leading documentation efforts and meticulously tracking progress all with a strong focus on establishing consistent and repeatable processes across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive business process optimization and standardization strategies aligned with company goals.
- Independently analyze and evaluate existing business processes systems and workflows to identify key areas for improvement optimization and standardization.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to gather detailed information and thoroughly understand process requirements for optimization and standardization initiatives.
- Support the Director in the development of project plans by actively assisting with task definition scheduling and tracking with a strong emphasis on activities that promote standardization.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma under the guidance of the Director to actively support continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
- Conduct detailed process assessments mapping and gap analysis to pinpoint opportunities for streamlining enhancing efficiency and standardizing processes throughout the organization.
- Design and build detailed process maps to accurately document current state and welldefined future state processes.
- Contribute to the design thorough documentation and successful implementation of optimized and standardized business processes actively participating in effective communication and change management efforts.
- Support the establishment and diligent monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and accurately measure the impact of process improvements and standardization efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with the systems team to understand and actively support the leveraging of technology and automation solutions to enhance process optimization and standardization.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends related to business process analysis improvement and standardization.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of four years of progressive experience in business process analysis or improvement preferably within a projectbased environment with demonstrable exposure to and involvement in standardization efforts.
- Proven application of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma with a clear focus on contributing to the creation of standardized processes.
- Proven ability to build detailed and accurate process maps using various tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify practical opportunities for improvement and standardization.
- Proven experience working effectively in crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals including the successful implementation of process standardization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage tasks and meet deadlines in support of standardization projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders on standardization initiatives.
- Experience with process mapping tools and techniques with a solid understanding of how they support standardization.
- Exposure to change management principles and practices particularly as they relate to the successful implementation of standardized processes.
- Solid understanding of basic business principles and the critical importance of standardization for achieving efficiency.
- Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry understanding the unique operational and regulatory landscape is preferred.
Educational Requirements and Licensure Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business healthcare administration senior living management or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and at least four years of relevant process improvement experience may be qualifying.
- Minimum requirement: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Team Member Expectations:
- This is a remote position operating within the East coast time zone. Minimal travel required generally less than 20% for occasional team meetings or site visits.
