Position Overview
The Director of FP&A is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the FP&A SG&A team ensuring the team produces insight analysis and actionoriented reporting. This role will partner and collaborate with Global Functional leads Leadership and the Business. In addition this role will provide the vision and drive the execution for the transformation of the Global FP&A CoE. This position drives FP&A excellence through best practice adoption knowledge sharing and process transformation to develop a global standard and ensure a highquality service is provided to internal customers. This includes working with the Global FP&A and Analytics CoE Director fully leveraging and exploiting technology and analytical / visualization tools to drive insight and efficiency. The Director will be required to build and manage strong relationships across Corporate / Regional FP&A teams and provide strong technical stewardship and direction to the CoE team determining priorities and goals. The Director will also be the owner of standardization and harmonization by documenting all processes and procedures across the team and will actively identify ways to eliminate nonvalue work and look for ways to innovate new ways to drive insight for the business.

Base Salary: $118900 to 214030
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormicks Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormicks Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormicks Dividend Program.
