IDS International is looking for a Deputy Project Manager to support all aspects of our Cleared Escort Program.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the allocation of personnel and customer requirements.
- Ensure teams have the necessary skills and training to execute customer tasks.
- Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to company management.
- Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure objectives are being met and implement improvements as necessary.
- Coordinate personnel transitioning to support project start conclusion and follow on projects.
- Recruit and interview candidates for this program.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience managing administrative functions related to program and/or employee management
- 1 years experience supporting individuals performing cleared escort duties
- Administrative or Human Resources experience
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight typically less than 20 pounds but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
