What Youll Do as a Resident Assistant:
- Assist residents with daily activities in a way that upholds their dignity and independence.
- Monitor and report changes in resident health and wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with residents and team members to create a supportive environment.
What Were Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent Plus the ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
