Job Description
Sun Hospitality is a fullrange housekeeping provider offering services to the vacation resort industry. We are a growing company with multiple locations nationwide and looking for passionate individuals who can grow their hospitality careers with us.
We are searching for 3 Housemen and and 3 Common Area Attendants to join our team at our location inWisconsin Dells WI.
Job Purpose/Functions:The Housemansupports the Inspectors and Room Attendants in meeting quality and timeliness standards. Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain resort establishments in a clean and orderly manner.
- Carry linens towels toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
- Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or steamoperated sterilizers.
- Empty wastebaskets empty and clean ashtrays and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage theft and found articles to supervisors.
- Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses linens writing supplies and bathroom items.
- Clean rugs carpets upholstered furniture and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampooers
- Empty trash bins. Wipe down outside of trash cans.
- Job Description/Duties:The Common Area Attendantis responsible for meeting quality and timeliness standards in cleaning public areas at the resort. Provide the very best service to ensure that owners and guests have a positive vacation experience. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Empty trash bins. Wipe down outside of trash cans.
- Vacuum welcome mats.
- Maintain clean elevator doors. Clean elevator tracks and walls and floors inside the elevator.
- Maintain parking areas free of debris.
- Clean hallways and walkway railings.
- Assist in maintaining storage closets.
- Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Characteristics/Skills for Success:
- Good communication skills can effectively respond to guest requests and questions from managers supervisors and coworkers.
- SelfMotivated and Team Player mentality.
- Detail Oriented.
- Organization skills.
- Perform routine Work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
