What will your essential responsibilities include
Leading and developing a team of employees (612)
Managing of workload across the team
Building business relations with stakeholders
Attending stakeholder meetings to discuss performance
Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
Resolving data quality issues efficiently and accurately
Ensuring compliance with processes procedures and SLAs
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and proposing suggestions
Developing and maintaining relationships with AXA XL teams both within the immediate office and acrossAXA XLsbranches.
Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed
You will report to local Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Experience in people management
Fluency in English is a must (at least C1 level)
Excellent data processing skills
Compelling problem solving skills
Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and other commonly used software
Analytical thinking skills
Good organizational skills and excellent attention to details
