Lead Architect relocation to Dubai

Aztrum is pleased to be working with a company that have offices across London and Dubai that have exciting accelerating growth plans in 2025. My client specialise in a number of high profile projects typically across the Middle East and are looking for a Lead Architect / Associate Architect who has desires to relocate to Dubai.
Key Responsibilities for this Lead Architect role:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects ensuring alignment with client needs aesthetic goals and functional requirements.
- Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion including site visits managing timelines and ensuring projects stay within budget.
- Work closely with internal teams including designers engineers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
- Present design concepts provide updates and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
- Advanced design tools and software (Revit) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
- Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.
Qualifications for this Lead Architect role:
- Experience within the Middle East or Hospitality sectors.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes.
