Position Summary:

Responsible for coordinating tasks schedules and risk management along with administrative duties and maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Works closely with managers to prepare comprehensive action plans including resources time frames and budgets for projects.

Reports to: Manager

FLSA: Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develops project plans goals and objectives in collaboration with clinical and business leadership; milestones timelines and resource planning.
Sets priorities given resource constraints facilitates meetings monitors progress against established timelines ensures documentation is complete and uptodate.
Manages expectations and coordinates work of internal and external resources that support the project; identify and engage appropriate stakeholders.
Develops draft budgets and enterprise project management tools to track resource allocations and other plans to support these projects.
Works collaboratively to create metrics and standards/dashboards for the operational team to measure effectiveness and improvements with various projects.
Identifies gaps potential bottlenecks or delays and challenges assumptions in areas of risk management and mitigation
